Homemade Granola Bars 🥣💪

Let's create a healthy and delicious snack that's perfect for on-the-go energy!

You'll need:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey/maple syrup, nut butter, melted oil/butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
