Homemade Granola Bars 🥣💪
Let's create a healthy and delicious snack that's perfect for on-the-go energy!
You'll need:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, etc.)
1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, etc.)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
In a separate bowl, whisk together honey/maple syrup, nut butter, melted oil/butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
